CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

• Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Entry is open to Australian residents only. Employees of Ansell, its agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
• To be eligible for entry, consumers must register their name, address, email address at: www.ansellcondoms.com.au or www.ansellcondoms.co.nz. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail/email/online entries.
• Multiple entries are accepted for each month of the promotion and are only accepted online at www.ansellcondoms.com.au or www.ansellcondoms.co.nz via one or both of the following methods:
• Upon entry into the promotion, the consumer is able to get an additional entry into the promotion by “dobbing in a mate” and providing an email address of a friend. The friend will be sent an email by Ansell notifying them of the promotion with the option of entering. (The friend’s email address will not be recorded into a database until he or she enters the promotion). “Dobbing in a mate” can only be redeemed once upon entry into the promotion each month, where he or she will be automatically awarded one additional entry.
• An existing entrant of the promotion is able to get two additional entries by ordering a product in the online Ansell Shop at: www.ansellcondoms.com.au/store. This method can only be redeemed once and he or she will be automatically awarded two additional entries into the promotion. Entrants are unable to redeem their additional entries under this method if he or she has not entered the promotion via the online entry form.
• Maximum number of permitted entries per entrant is four per person/email address/address each month.
• Entrants are encouraged to return and enter the promotion each month.
• Entries from previous months will be carried over into subsequent months. Thus, with respect to point 5, the maximum number of entries per person per competition is 16 entries.
• The promotion will run for four months for each competition. One winner will be drawn from the valid entries received for each competition at the end of all 3 competitions.
• The promotion commences at 11AM EST on Wednesday 13 th June 2007. Final entries for the promotion will close at 5PM EST on Friday 13 th June 2008.
• The entry time will be automatically recorded when each entry is submitted. The closing time and date for entries is at 5PM EST on Friday 13 th June 2008 .
• Winners for each of the 3 rotating competitions will be drawn at random at 15 William Street, Richmond VIC 3121 at 11AM EST on Monday 16 th June 2008.

• All winners will be notified by e-mail and their details will be published on the Website and in the Public Notices section of The Australian on Friday 20 th June 2008.
• The Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Prizes must be claimed within three months of the original draw date for each month and if a prize remains unallocated or unclaimed, a further draw will be conducted at the same time and place as the original draw (subject to any written directions given under all State Regulations) on the following dates: (in accordance to the original draw date) Monday 22 nd September 2008. In the event of a re-drawn winner, they will be notified by e-mail and their details will be published on the Website and in the Public Notices section of The Australian on Friday 26 th September 2008.

• The first valid entry randomly drawn for the Apple Mac competition will win ‘one $2500 gift voucher from My Mac Australia (6 months validity)’; the valid entry randomly drawn for the Sony PS3 competition will win ‘one $999 Sony PS 3 pack and $500 voucher from Harvey Norman (12 months validity)’; the valid entry randomly drawn for the Red Balloon Days Experience competition will win ‘an experience voucher valued at $1000 (from www.redballoondays.com.au)’.
• There are three prizes to be won (one for each competition) with a total prize pool valued at AU$ 4,999.
• Ansell accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
• In the event that the prize item is unavailable, Ansell reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal value (subject to state legislation).
• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
• Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing.

• Ansell have the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Ansell.
• Ansell is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. Ansell assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
• Any costs associated with accessing the website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid.
• Ansell shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes which the winner takes at their own risk, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  

• Ansell collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees that Ansell may use this information in accordance with Ansell’s Privacy Statement.
• Each entrant consents to their personal information being entered into a database, and each entrant also agrees that Ansell may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
